Swedish / Deep Tissue Massage
Rate: $50 / 30 minutes.....$70 / 60 minutes.....$95 / 90 minutes

Swedish massage is the manipulation of soft tissue through the use of long, flowing strokes, kneading and stretching motions, surface friction and tapping. I also incorporate joint movement, deep tissue and other modalities into my massage sessions when necessary to increase relaxation and achieve maximum results.

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage provides a tranquil, nurturing setting where you can relax and be revitalized. Regular massages offer relief from pregnancy discomforts due to daily physical and emotional changes.

Postpartum massage can speed recovery and can help the mother manage her new demands.

Foot Reflexology
Rate: $55 / 45 minutes

Foot reflexology is a holistic therapy using points in the feet, which correspond to all parts of the body. Applying pressure in these areas help to balance the body system. Foot bath and scrub included.

Reiki
Rate: $50 / 45 minutes.....$65 / 60 minutes
Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing practice that reminds your whole being how to rest deeply. Reiki treatments can help relieve stress, improve sleep, manage pain, decrease emotional upset, and increase your body’s strength and resilience if weakened by chronic conditions.

Reiki/Foot Reflexology Combo
Rate: $65 / 60 minutes

Complete Spa Package
Rate: $100 / 90 minutes $110 / 100 minutes (also includes Dry Brush)

Let the worries and cares of the day along with your aches and pains, melt away as you indulge yourself in total bliss. My complete spa package includes:

foot bath and scrub
paraffin dip for hands
Swedish and/or deep tissue massage
magnetic relaxation therapy and rollout
aromatherapy of your choice

Hand and Foot Spa Treatment
Rate: $55 / 45 minutes

The hot wax relaxes muscles and joints, and stimulates circulation. This treatment includes:

foot bath and scrub
moisturizing treatment
triple dip of paraffin wax
hand and foot massage

Treatment Therapy
$30 / unit (15 min.)
P.I.P., L & I, Insurance Provider

Injury treatment is especially helpful in cases of chronic pain, repetitive-use and sports injuries, as well as injuries sustained in automobile or work-related accidents.

A doctor's referral is usually required for insurance payment.

Geriatric Massage
$50 / 45 minutes.....$60 / 60 minutes

A lighter touch and price for adults age 65 and better.

On-Site Chair Massage
Rate: $1.25 / minute......15-30 minutes
15 minute minimum.....5 person minimum

On-Site massage is a 15-20 minute seated, clothed massage with focus on the upper body. Chair massage helps to rebalance and rejuvenate the recipient.

Magnetic Relaxation
Magnets bring balance, energy, strength and pain reduction to the session. In my Magnetic Relaxation Sessions, the client lies on a NIKKEN magnetic pad and the spinal muscles are gently rolled-out using a NIKKEN magnetic spine roller called a Mag-Creator to increase the level of relaxation the client experiences and assist circulation.
